The questions HR always asks

I don't have budget for new furniture this quarter

LeanTil isn't furniture. It fits on the chairs you already have, with no capex on furniture. The cost of the pilot is the cost of the cushions, not an office renovation.

Will employees actually agree to use it?

Feedback from pilot teams is positive because the device isn't invasive and doesn't monitor the employee: it helps them. The correction signal is discreet, personal, and not visible to colleagues.

What happens to my employees' data?

All individual data is anonymized and aggregated. The HR dashboard shows team trends, not individual profiles. The system is GDPR-compliant and meets Italian labor law requirements.

I don't have time to manage a pilot right now

The pilot is designed to take no time from HR once it's launched. The LeanTil team handles the logistics: shipping, onboarding, check-ins. You just receive the final report.

We already have an active welfare program
